A Vasuda Keshav is a leading Carnatic vocalist who has been performing music concerts for over two and half decades. Blessed with a voice of unusual Power, Range & Timbre, she takes over the audience from the word go. Her guru who is also her paternal aunt is the renowned artist Smt. H S Mahalakshmi, whose musical lineage traces to the legendary Tiger Varadachariar and Harikeshanallur Muthaiah Bhagavathar. Her grand father, Hemmige Srirangachar was a court musician during the reign of H H Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV, the Maharaja of Mysore. Vasuda is currently under the tutelege of Padmabhushan Sangeetha Kalacharya Sri P S Narayanaswamy An ‘A’ grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan.

Vasuda has been performing under the auspices of major organizations across India and abroad. She was invited to be a part of the prestigious Cleveland Tyagaraja Aradhana as a performer and as a teacher to train the students under the famous “Sustaining Sampradaya” programme continuously for three years.

Vasuda is a recipient of many awards and titles conferred by esteemed music organizations both in India and abroad. She has had several reviews from leading National Newspapers and Magazines.
